in honour of my new layout i'm listening to lots and lots of lugubrious death cab. they're pretty wonderful.
there's only five short days until the ball. it's exciting. is it pathetic that it's the highlight of my school year and i'm ridiculously excited about it for no real reason at all? yes, i think it is. oh well. five daysssss!
i bought cosmo today. i don't really know why i read that magazine. i do enjoy it, but i noticed today that i skip half of the articles. maybe i just like it because it's such a cliche thing for a girl to read. i'm sure almost every woman over the age of 13 living on this sex-driven continent of ours has picked up at least one issue of cosmo. it's just a given that i'd read it. who knows why i continue to buy issue after issue every month? all i know is that it's largely at fault for making me so poor. ohh i need a job.
tomorrow is the new semester. i'm pretty pumped. i want to get back on a sort of schedule again. for the past week i've been in a sort of school-purgatory. i'm not actually going to classes but i still have to do work, get up early, take the bus, sit at a desk, and write. plus my new quasi-easy classes will be verry welcome. it's a good feeling to not have chemistry. god help those of you who still have to take it.
